Sam Linsky
Sam Linsky is a Partner of RFLP Group. Mr. Linsky is responsible for developing and executing RFLP Group’s overall strategic direction. Mr. Linsky manages all aspects of RFLP Group’s investment activities, including sourcing opportunities, raising co-investment capital and structuring joint ventures with various operating partners. Mr. Linsky also serves as a Director of RFLP Group’s corporate GP.
Mr. Linsky previously served as an Executive Director at the J.P. Morgan Private Bank, leading a multidisciplinary team in advising UHNW families throughout the state of Florida. Prior to that, Mr. Linsky served as a Vice President at Neuberger Berman and practiced tax and corporate law in Atlanta and Tampa.
Mr. Linsky holds a B.A. from the University of Michigan, a J.D. from the University of Florida’s Levin College of Law and a LL.M. in Taxation from New York University’s School of Law.
Ron Linsky
Ron Linsky is a Partner of RFLP Group. Mr. Linsky oversees all aspects of asset management and due diligence at RFLP Group. In this capacity, Mr. Linsky leads the firm’s underwriting process when assessing acquisition and development opportunities and is also responsible for managing relationships with operating partners.
Mr. Linsky previously served as a Vice President in the Commercial Real Estate Group at Regions Financial, where he gained significant experience in both traditional RE lending and restructurings throughout the state of Florida. Prior to that, Mr. Linsky served as a Vice President in the Middle Market Banking Group at LaSalle Bank, where he assisted in the origination, servicing and monitoring of commercial and industrial loans to Florida-based companies with revenues up to $1 billion.
Mr. Linsky holds a B.A. from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and an M.B.A. in Finance from the University of Miami’s Business School.
